Phil, Dave and Andy from Fudge kicked off our first BLAB night at The Northern in November with a fascinating insight to a project that went bad. This forced studio to change the way it manages a project to the SCRUM method. It was a no holes barred view of the project including an interesting way of being supplied colours from the client.
